On June 10, 2020, a whistleblowing “hot line” of Nysana Call Center was opened under the CSIC

As part of the PR campaign for the recognition of the new CC, in September 2020, 15,000 stickers with the logo and contact details of the Nysana Call Center (7,500 in Kazakh and 7,500 in Russian) was ordered in the printing house for distribution in the labor collectives of portfolio companies and subsidiaries within the Samruk Research Service platform. More than 10,000 stickers were distributed at the production enterprises of KazMunayGas JSC, Kazatomprom JSC, KTZh JSC, KEGOC JSC, Samruk-Energy JSC, Kazpost JSC, KazTransGas JSC, KazTransOil JSC and Kazakhtelecom JSC located in the cities of Taraz, Shymkent, Turkestan, Rudny, Kostanai, Aktobe, Uralsk as well as Turkestan, Zhabyl, Aktobe, West Kazakhstan and Kostanai regions.

(1 500 in Kazakh and 1 500 in Russian) with the logo of Nysana Call Center which were distributed to production workers during the meetings
Sent 2000 stickers
(1 000 n Kazakh and1 000 in Russian) to the Ules office in Aktau, for distribution at the production enterprises of the Fund’s group of companies in the cities of Aktau, Atyrau of Atyrau and Mangistau regions.

Between September 23 to November 05, 2020, the employees of the CSIC visited more than 60 production enterprises (Taraz, Shymkent, Turkestan region, Kostanai and Rudny, Aktobe and Aktobe region, Uralsk and West Kazakhstan) with the oral presentation and distribution of stickers and brochures on Nysana Call Center. In many manufacturing enterprises, the employees asked questions about confidentiality, processing times, etc.? The Head of Nysana Call Center gave explanations in place immediately


In September and October this year, the Ules office in Aktau CSIC held offline and online presentations of Nysana Call Center in subsidiaries of the Fund located in Aktau, Atyrau and Mangistau and Atyrau regions. To date, presentations have been held in 31 enterprises


Explanatory presentations were held with 16 companies in the online videoconference mode, as well as 1,500 stickers and 500 brochures were issued on Nysan CC and 11 SK News magazines


In the Atyrau region, online explanatory presentations were held in 7 institutions. 500 stickers on Nysana CC and 7 SK News magazines were sent to these enterprises through DHL

Meanwhile, on December 11, 2020, Round Table video conference was held at the CSIC site with participation of the Adviser to the CEO on Regime and Economic Risks, Head of the Fund’s Security Monitoring and Management Center of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, ombudsmen of portfolio companies and subsidiaries of dependent organizations on the topic of social stability in the electoral period from 10.12.2020 to 10.01.2021

Within the framework of the meeting, Nysana Call Center was presented, the reporting of the new system in the context of portfolio companies was shown for the period of work since June of this year. In addition, the Manuals on interaction in crisis situations were sent to the Ombudsmen of portfolio companies for use in their work
